We all want to feel sexy and desirable. Many of us don’t always feel good about our appearance. Be it real or imagined. We age, we have injuries, illnesses, scars, we put on weight or we lose a lot of it etc.
We have to stop thinking that being attractive means we must adhere to specific physical attributes. Sure the media tells us an idea of what sexy looks like. It’s one version and there are millions of them out there. Being sexy is an attitude, a state of mind. It’s about confidence, owning the body we’ve got and letting our sexual energy flow. That’s sexy! It doesn’t matter what we look like because someone out there is into us. There’s a type for everyone. That is true for any gender, age, size, shape, colour etc.
Sex and intimacy is not reserved for young and perfect bodies. Humans need to breathe, eat, sleep to survive and I would also add regularly harvesting their sexual energy as it brings many health benefits. It’s a natural antidepressant and a stress relief.
Get naked in front of the mirror, do your thing whether it’s tossing your hair, flaunting your curves, swaying your hips, smile and say: “Damn I’m sexy and I’m fuckable!”
